More info needed: Much more description of your symptoms is needed in order to make a differential diagnosis. Possibilities include primary muscle,bone or joint problems and also referred neurogenic pain from disc disorders of your spine. Vein or arterial problems are less likely causes of your pain. You will have to be quizzed and examined by a physician for starters. Tests and/ or referral to a proper specialist

Pain in left leg: Could be sciatica nerve compression from spine or any nerve compression, piriformis syndrome which is like sciatica but the nerve is compressed by muscle , could be mass compressing on nerve. could be neuropathy from DM ( usually foot), toxic exposure ( lead) or alcohol more constant or clot . if not allergic could try motrin/ aleve , which helps sciatica. f/u/ w/ doc
