Cherry angiomas: Relax and ignore them. If you don't like them a dermatologist can erase them with electrodessication or laser. I prefer electrdessication as it costs nothing. I can charge just a routine office visit. I can treat several every minute. There his a mild sting and they heal in 1 or 2 weeks, depending on size. Anticoagulation makes no difference. They are collections of capillaries filled with blood.
