Review with doctor: You may be having irritable bowel syndrome, or some form of inflammatory bowel disease. If you have had chronic indigestion, reflux, or nausea mention this as well to your doctor. Gall bladder stones may also be one of your problems. If this is the case avoid high fatty foods and follow up with your doctor. If you are diabetic or have pancreatic pain avoid alcohol and review with your doctor.

Biliary dyskinesia: Biliary dyskinesia or functional gallbladder disorder is defined as biliary pain resulting from a primary gallbladder motility disturbance in the absence of gallstones. Patients should undergo cholescintigraphy( HIDA SCAN) to find ejection fraction which is low (under 40) in patients with functional gallbladder disorder. Cholecystectomy is the way to go if no other cause is found for your pain.
