Probable stye: Chalazia are inactive and do not contain pus. This seems like an ordinary stye. Treat this with applications of very warm, but not hot, soaks for 4-5 minutes at a time and about 5 times per day over the closed lid. This usually will get rid of it. If persistent, see your ophthalmologist (not an optometrist).
