Just a thought: The most "common" cause of tremor in young people (I assume your Partner is in his 30s to 40's is FAMILIAL BENIGN TREMOR...simple question does anyone in his family have the condition....that being said there are a number of more serious conditions ranging from an overactive thyroid to Parkinsonism....best answer ..see a neurologist! Hope this is helpful Dr Z
