Adult onset tremor: Does it occur when your hand is resting in your lap, or when you hold it up? Is there any tremor on the other side? In either case, it would help to have a video, or better, for you to see a doctor. Tremor is a common symptom, but important to evaluate in a younger person. Tremor occurs when muscles are tired, but it seems this is not enough to explain your symptoms.
