Hands shake: You don't give your age or list any medications, but would suggest you see pcp for exam to rule out medical factors that may contribute to your hands shaking. Typically during panic attacks there are few outwardly visible physical symptoms. For eg, hyperventilating is common, but shaking hands (? a tremor) is not and deserves a closer look to assess.
