Angular Cheilitis?: You said you tried "everything" but we don't know what was actually tried. I suggest you start off seeing an Oral Surgeon or a Dermatologist for one on one clinical exam and proper diagnosis after medical and dental history. I'm sure they can help you and relatively quickly.
