Abd pain: For how long? if it is chronic think food intolerances -gluten, soy , milk ( avoid those products and see if helps) ,possible H pylori infection- a bug that can cause gastritis and need antibiotics , early inflammatory bowel disease ( any blood in stool?) or irritable bowel syndrome. if irregular menses check for polycystic ovarian syndrome with ultrasound f/u/ w / doc
