Abdominal pain ?'s: There are numerous causes of symptoms such as listed in your question. Obtain a referral to a GI specialist for a complete workup. Inflammatory bowel disease is the most common origin of these kinds of symptoms (Crohn's disease). Urinary tract infections and endometriosis are common causes of similar symptoms.
