I was diagnosed with acute gastritis. the nausea has since stopped but cant shake off diarrhoe. how long should it last? still taking antibiotics.

Since diarrhea: is not usually a symptom of the gastritis it could very well be due to the antibiotics...a simple "home remedy is YOGURT (PROBIOTICS) ...an attempt to replace some of the normal intestinal "residents" Hope this is helpful Dr Z
