Need more info: What is she eating? When did this start? Does she have other symptoms? Can she keep liquids down? What medicines is she on? Any other illnesses? Do you know how to obtain oral rehydration solution? See A healthcare practitioner. Bland diet—Rice, chicken broth, banana.

For how long?: If this just happened once or twice, with no other symptom, as diarrhoea, fever, rash, etc, you can just observe, and give her sips of clear water, and see if she can keep it down, then advance her intake with half strength formula or milk in small volumes first and see if she tolerates that, if otherwise take her to the pediatrician or to the ER, best wishes
