A member asked:

I burned off a wart on my arm, and i'm wondering if this could lead to it spreading more? i've had it for years and remains localized to my elbow. it is a common wart.

Probably not a wart: It is not feasible to know for sure without having examined the "wart", but if it was there for years, it is unlikely to have been a wart. For now, you may watch and wait, if the lesion comes back or spreads, be sure to see a doctor. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
