Is my 1.24 creatinine level bad? i am a diabetic on metformin.

No: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, creatinine level of 1.24 is not bad. Do work on keeping your blood sugar under control through diet, exercise and medication. Wish you good health.
