For the past two weeks i have had sores on the head of my penis, these sores are not painful, they are somewhat itchy, they are blobby in shape, and seem to contain a border within the shape, i am worried its heroes and hoping it's balinitis. ?

It is most likely: an STD and from the description and painless nature I suspect Syphilis. You need to go to a health care provider ASAP and get it checked out and treated.
