Not medicine: Try Fiber One, bran, shredded weak, 6-8 very small meals/day and restrict calories to 1500 and carbs to less than 3,000 mg ( 3 grams ). Most medication for lose weight are amphetamine derivatives and WILL raise your BP and contraindicated.

There are none: There is no such thing as an effective "diet pill". Amphetamines reduce appetite and have long been used in attempts at weight loss, but obviously have their own serious issues with addiction etc and should never be used for this purpose. There are no drugs you can purchase that will work: don't waste your money! Proper diet and exercise are the only answers.
