PCOS CAN be: asymptomatic, but it is more often associated with symptoms such as irregular periods or amenorrhea (no periods), weight gain or obesity, excessive hair or abnormal hair growth, acne and oily skin. Infertility is also associated. Hope this helps ... stay well:)
