1 transvaginal us said possible 1.4cm polyp. 2nd said possible 1cm polyp. is there a chance that i really don't have a polyp? i'm going for saline us

Unlikely: The size difference may be due technician and interpreter estimates

Good idea: You’re probably having menstrual abnormalities if an US is being done. A saline sonohysterogram (infuse saline into the uterus while scanning) will definitely see it. A Hysteroscopy (direct visualization) might be better since you can also biopsy or remove it with the right set up. See a GYN Specialist to better explain this. Good luck and hope this helps.
