My regular TV ultrasound said I have a avascular polyp. First saline ultrasound said vascular, now my recent saline says avascular again. Which is it?
I have done FESS last year & since then, I'm doing saline rinse(2times/day) and using steroid spray(1time/day) in my nostrils regularly. So, other GP said to discontinue steroid spray. Should I? Because I'm worried it may trigger the polyps again?
