Tachy/ abd pain: When your thyroid hormone is high it can cause abdominal pain/gastritis and tachycardia. ranitidine may help the gastritis a bit and propanolol may help tachycardia but the root issue is that the thyroid hormone may be too high and needs adjustment. Rarely may be autonomic dysfunction like POTS, or pheo or carcinoid .Please f/u w/ your doc and get your thyroid hormone checked.
