DM, HTN cardiac dis: Please restate your question, it did not transmit. Both DM and Hypertension ( blood pressure) effect the heart , leading to /damage narrowing of the vessels and ischemia -less blood supply . So it is important to continue w/ medication, maintain good diet and keep your sugar and pressure under control. usually on e requires life long therapy. But these conditions are very common. f/u/ w/ doc
