Really?: Eno is an over the counter antacid brand, produced by GlaxoSmithKline. Its main ingredients are sodium bicarbonate, sodium carbonate, and citric acid. It substitutes for baking powder. Would recommend you avoid unproven internet "cures" and consult your doctor for appropriate treatment with gout-directed medications.
