My wife has white spots on the roof of her mouth, back of throat. she just started a course of antibiotics, throat sore. what can help?

Gargle: The white spots may be a fungal over growth from the antibiotics. Can gargle with mouthwash. If they do not go away need to see the doctor again to change the antibiotic, use another antibiotic that treats the fungal overgrowth. Or even consider a different diagnosis. This is assuming it is a simple Sore Throat in a healthy person.
