Fell of motorbike onto left shoulder5/6 months ago shoulder was x rayed was no break, couldn't lift shoulder for few weeks , now pain has gone but is brought on when say if i'm lifting all day it will start clicking/snapping and will hurt ?

Shoulder issue?: You could still have a shoulder issue despite the unrevealing Xray. Things like labral tear, rotator cuff tear or AC joint separation. An MRI would be diagnostically useful at this point.
