Follow up: Do you have a follow up appointment with the doctor who did the surgery? They may do an exam to see if it is healing well and no scar tissue is forming a blockage of the nasal passageway. If there are no problems with healing from the surgery, you could simply be having congestion related to seasonal cold.

Probably not: But if your nasal congestion (allergies?)was the cause for your sinusitis in the first place, the surgery would not prevent this from coming back. Thus you will have to control the nasal congestion in order to reduce the risk for sinus infection. Since sinus surgery is only 50% successful, for chronic sinusitis, you may also have another bout of sinusitis.
