GYN testing: and evaluation of hormonal levels including female and thyroid hormones, a pelvic ultrasound and blood sugar/HgA1c levels. BC pills of varying strengths may help. For the acne use 10% benzoyl peroxide gel or cream.

Maybe you mean: PCOS:polycystic ovary syndrome. The exact cause is unknown but your symptoms along with irregular periods and infertility are common. There seems to be problems with excess insulin and/or insulin resistance, excess androgen, weight gain. Along with lifestyle, treatments include combination birth control pills for hormone regulation, metformin to address insulin issues, etc. See GYN/Endocrinologist
