Unlikely, possible.: Acne, and coarse dark facial and body hair can possibly be associated with certain hormonal conditions. Among them would be polycystic ovary syndrome, and other rarer hormonal disorders. These conditions can usually be identified by appropriate blood tests. Whether or not a specific reason can be found for the acne or hair, both of these conditions can be easily treated by a physician.
