Implanted with multifocal symfony i still need -.75 and +2.5 and also see halos. will vision with monofocal be better if i get iol exchanged?

Depends: Are you comfortable with the far and near vision with your lens? Is your major complaint the halos? If your basic vision is fine, you should do nothing. If the haloes interfere with your life then consider treatment with pilocarpine to diminish the haloes . Discuss this with the surgeon who implanted your lens. IOL exchange is a serious decision and should be only a last resort.
