Post op pain, blurry: Pain after Cataract Surgery can be due to: post operative inflammation, healing of corneal wounds (all which is normal). Infection & prolonged pain/blurry after cataract surgery needs to be addressed asap. See eyeMDs for refraction & to rule out post op inflammation, infection, PCO (Posterior Capsular Opacification).
