Exceedingly Rare: Even with a second D&C, the risk of getting uterine scarring is extremely low.

Observation: i would recommend observation and taking a medicine called methergine for a week instead of having second D&C but without direct exam it is hard to make right decision second opinion is recommended

Risk/reward ratio: Any surgical procedure has risks and rewards. If your case, the risk of infection and bleeding from retained products of conception are far and away greater than the risk of "scar tissue" in the endometrium. Scar tissue can result from overly aggressive curettage causing the endometrial walls to" stick together" with scarring and creating future fertility issues. This risk is minimal in your case.
