Constipation: This is prob the most common chronic prob in kids. Best tx with diet: increase fluids, fruit, fiber decrease: bread, milk, meat. As a sideline give 5gm: fiber one bar daily if diet wont work so stool will be soft then dont potty train till poop is regular. When in pain try hot bath and numb rectum with hemorrhoid numbing meds.

Couple options : Fiber in her diet is important, good hydration is also key. Lastly Karo syrup is also a known home remedy along with a small spoon of mineral oil that can help with constipation.
