Take: NSAIDs or receive a steroid injection. If the latter does not work, it may be an orthopedic issue, such as impingement syndrome or torn cuff!

Tendinitis. : Tendinitis can also be treated with anti-inflammatory medications as well as physical therapy. Should these modalities not help, then you might be better served with a formal orthopedic evaluation and testing.
