No: Celebrex (celecoxib) is typically 200mg taken once per day. 800 mg is too much to take and you should not take 800 mg. You should go see an orthopedic surgeon for your shoulder pain for other treatment options.

No: This is way above standard dosages and could lead to many ill effects including stomach upset upper or lower GI bleeding or kidney damage taking 800 mg once and then returning to a more normal dose of 200 mg might be ok the bigger question is why you are getting recurrent tendinitis you may need some lifestyle changes.
