Stop squeezing: Try warm compresses adding one tap salt to one PT warm water four times a day for 15 min Wash with hobo lens and follow instructions on label Perhaps you need oral antibiotics if it doesn't improve

Warm compresses: Warm wash cloth and apply gentle pressure 3-4 times per day/ it will open up pores and drain.
