Have it checked: by a doctor. There still could be an infection/abscess there, which may need further drainage and/or an oral antibiotic. Please don't try to "pop" it again; you may cause a worsening infection by doing this yourself at home. Warm compresses can be applied meanwhile until you can see your doctor.
