Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Urine infection?: UTI's usually cause symptoms of burning or pain on urination. A urine dipstick can easily identify it. You can also try ibuprofen, and drink plenty of cranberry juice or tablets. Ural sachets may help but ultimately you may need antibiotics. You can do a consult or see your GP.
