Best not: An initial dose of 30mg Adderal would be expected to cause some anxiousness. Best talk to your provider about possibly a lower dose. Xanax does not interact with Adderal in a bad way, it's just best to address the root of the problem. If you find you need 30mg, the side effects are likely to diminish with time.

No : It is not ok to take two scheduled drugs, please go to your prescribing doc to discuss this side effect.
