Yes: You have a liver hemangioma, not a liver meningioma. It is no danger to you unless someone tries to biopsy it. They are common (1% of folks) and the malignant potential is far less than the danger of messing with the little lesion. Best wishes.

A meningioma: in the liver is an "INCIDENTAL" finding and has no clinical significance..... ANTI TB drugs are NOT a problem as long as liver function is normal... Hope this is helpful Dr Z

No problem: Most likely you mean angioma or hemangioma of the liver. (Meningioma would be inside your skull.) Any and all medications should be entirely safe, with the possible exception of anticoagulants ("blood thinners"). Certainly TB drugs and other antibiotics are not an problem.
