Dry throat: Duration? Severity? Do you have a high narrow palatal vault? Are you taking Meds or Supplements that may cause dry throat? Is nose blocked? Do you have allergies. See an ENT to examine your "red spots" and "flesh lie lumps" and to review your medical history.
