My bp is any where between 120-90 top and 69-59 bottom is the diastolic to low i always feel tired&have headaches i had open heart surgery 8 weeks old

Diastolic BP.: In and of themselves, those diastolic BP numbers seem fine. You could still be recovering from the surgery. Or you could be feeling tired from any new medications that may have been started before or after your surgery. You may want to follow-up with your primary doctor or heart surgeon.
