Pins and needles?: I wouldn’t expect a pins-and-needles sensation to accompany a sinus headache nor constipation. There could be neurological findings associated with a migraine headache, but I think your complex of symptoms deserves more attention than we can provide virtually. You should be evaluated by a Neurologist very soon.
