Would avoid : Were those involved with the incident? Leading to the skull fracture? If so maybe never! if not this time, be careful, and consider never. If committed to resume, several months after release and full recovery on the surface! delayed symptoms, seizures can happen drugs/ alcohol can change behavior, and stimulate problems.

No time soon.: The intake of alcohol would not be advised until he has been cleared by his physician. This is important. Although some do not agree with me, i personally would not endorse the recreational use of marijuana.
