Does smoking marijuana with a femur fracture slow down the healing process?

Potentially: This would vary with the frequency and intensity of exposure. Smoking of anything can cause changes in the circulation at the capillary level and impair/slow blood flow. This directly effects healing. I know some surgeons who will not do elective surgery on smokers for that reason.
