Unlikely: HIV virus does not survive long outside of the body. I also ponder why would anyone eat any candy already chewed on by another person and how would the blood be left on a piece of candy. At any rate, it is highly unlikely that you can contract HIV from the candy even if there was infected blood on it- still can't get over why you would put a partly bitten piece of candy into your mouth.
