Yes ... that is: common. Even though you may not have a measurable fever, when you are sick your body's metabolism is revved up and you will feel warm/hot. But a month is a long time to be sick with an upper respiratory infection. Please call and discuss with your doctor's team...I suspect they will want to see you just to make sure nothing more serious is going on. Good wishes:)
