Could be: There are 4 muscles in the rotator cuff, and depending on which one has a tear, pain could be in various place. Pain in the biceps could also be from subacromial bursitis. The bicipital tendon goes into the capsule there, and bicipital tendinitis often goes along with bursitis. Bicipital tendinitis can radiate down into the muscle.
