Smoke free: Congratulations on becoming smoke free. It is one of the best things you can do to get in shape. Most of the damage caused by smoking reverses itself over time. Please don't let this become an excuse to smoke again. Please consult w/your doctor to make sure you are healthy enough for exercise and then do it. Even brisk walking is beneficial. Peace and good health.
