No: A pus hole is usually a carbuncle . Unfortunately it usually needs antibiotics and surgical removal. See a doctor for these. It does not heal up unless the entire hole/cyst is removed. Maybe you have something else that might just heal on its own. An infected cut? Can try first aid cream and warm compresses. See a doctor for complete diagnosis and treatment.
