My iron, serum is 156 and my hemoglobin is 14.9. i know these are within normal ranges but still high. what can i do to bring them down?

More labs are needed: High iron may be a sign of an iron storage problem. I recommend checking a serum ferritin and further iron studies to rule out hemochromatosis.
