Talk to your doctor: You are quite iron deficient but your hemoglobin/hematocrit are not critically low. You can probably exercise, though you may tire more easily. If you have heart disease or lung disease you should probably not exercise until this is corrected, but your doctor is the person who can tell you best whether exercise is safe for you or not.
